You’ll no longer hear the announcement ‘Ladies and Gentlemen’ while walking through a train station in The Netherlands. Instead, ‘Dear Passengers’ is used to address all travellers: men, women, boys, girls, and anyone who does not feel comfortable with traditional gender terms. Taking a cue from this everyday situation, this documentary considers the future of identity, sex and gender. Engaging with people who reject gender binaries and social expectations, these conversations collectively imagine a possible Queertopia.
