Set in a rust belt of small towns in upstate New York, this film follows the story and business philosophy of Hamdi Ulukaya, a migrant of Turkish Kurdish descent, as he relates the story of his success and his unique approach to business. Known for his ‘anti-CEO’ playbook, his people-first business philosophy and his refugee advocacy work, Ulukaya believes that inclusive policies which create employment for refuges uplifts societies and economies. Ulukaya’s unique approach to and view of business and immigration, has resulted in his personal success. Implicit in his approach, is a call for societies and economies to acknowledge refugees as an economic, as well as a social force.
